PRODUCTION/SHOW INFORMATION

ROS PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS:

Congrats!  Great job on the show on the 2008 TONY AWARD SHOW!

08-09 Dance Production/Show will be Saturday, June 13,2009  6PM

FINALE REHEARSAL:  2 Practices at the studio and one at the theatre.

DRESS REHEARSAL:  Manditory attendance for all dancers.  Each class will be given a 90 minute dress rehearsal time to be at the theatre.  Parents need to check their child in 10 minutes prior to their start time and promptly pick them up and check them out.  (There will be no seperate staging rehearsal). 

(if you enter through the front doors, you will HAVE to exit the front and go to the back to get to your dressing room.  NO one will be allowed to access dressing rooms from the front/cafeteria /theatre doors of the high school.)

NO SIBLINGS ALLOWED TO ANY PRACTICE OR REHEARSAL.  THANK YOU.

RECITAL FEES/TICKETS

RECITAL FEE PER DANCER=$20.

TICKETS: $7 IN ADVANCED, $8 @ DOOR

A recital fee is charged to help defray the costs of the recital.

Tickets will be general admission. Theatre doors open @ 5:15PM.

PAYMENT DUE: 5/01/09.

DRESS REHEARSAL: FRIDAY, JUNE 12TH

Dancers /CLASS TIMES TBA. (will be given a time between Noon -8PM)                          

Use stage door enterance(located back of hs) Have costumes, hair and makeup complete.  No food or drink.  Snack break will be held in cafeteria. Put your name on any snack or sack lunch you bring.

ROS will be offering flowers to purchase for your dancers @ the recital. Pre-order forms will be available @ the studio.

DANCE CLASS PICTURES

  • DAY & TIMES TBA (photo day @ studio March or April 09) The flyer with all prices and time for each class to come will be available @ the studio in the coming weeks. NO cameras allowed. Make sure your child is dressed in costume & has makeup and hair complete BEFORE you arrive. We will be on a tight schedule. Both group and individual shots will be taken. Dancers will be escorted into the dance room for photos. Parents will remain in lobby. Parents will pay before child goes in for photo. Sheets & Envelopes available @ studio. Photo times below.

BACKSTAGE CREW HELP NEEDED! We are looking for volunteers to help back stage. People to line up dancers to stage & take them back & baby sit in dressing rooms. If you can help, please call the studio. (332-0012) Thanks!

PARENT MEETING/COSTUME PICKUP

A MANDITORY PARENT MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE STUDIO DURING YOUR CHILD'S DANCE CLASS. (DAYS & TIMES TBA)  IMPORTANT INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU INREGARDS TO THE PERFORMANCE. ONE PARENT NEEDS TO BE IN ATTENDANCE TO THIS MEETING. THANKS!
