ROS DANCE FEES ( for the 2008-09 dance season)

FEES & TUITION

The Dance Soul Program runs August 29th 2008 - June 20th, 2009 and is divided into 4 Dance Sessions.  Your fee is the result of a yearly dance fee. Dance Fees are required prior to the start of each session. This is a 10 month program where regular attendance is required to ensure proper development.  Dancers enrolled in this program are encouraged to participate in annual spring recital & any other programs/recitals offered during the year. (all fees are subject to change)

30 MIN CLASS= YEARLY DANCE FEE OF $300  

45 MIN CLASS = YEARLY DANCE FEE OF $450   

60 MIN CLASS= YEARLY DANCE FEE OF $500

 

SESSION 1:   AUGUST 25-OCTOBER 31 

SESSION 2:   NOVEMBER 1-JANUARY 30  

SESSION 3:   FEBRUARY 1-MARCH 31  

SESSION 4:   APRIL 1-JUNE 20

 

ENROLLED IN ONE 30/45/60 MINUTE CLASS PER WEEK: FEES BELOW:

  • 30 minute class = $75 PER SESSION
  • 45 minute class = $112.50 PER SESSION
  • 60 minute class = $125 PER SESSION
  • OR: $30 MONTH= FOR A 30 MINUTE CLASS
  •       $45 MONTH= FOR A 45 MINUTE CLASS
  •       $50 MONTH= FOR A 60 MINUTE CLASS

Enrolled in 2 classes = 5% Discount                                                                        Enrolled in 3 Classes = 10%Discount                                                                          Enrolled in 4-5 Classes = 15% Discount                                                                     Enrolled in 6+ Classes = 20% Discount

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • PRIVATE COACHING:  $50 PER HOUR
  • ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE PER DANCER: $20
  • LATE PAYMENT FEE:  $20
  • RECITAL FEE PER DANCER:  $20
  • COSTUME FEE PER DANCER PER CLASS ENROLLED IN:  $60
  • ADULT CLASSES (ages 18+) $10 per class

DANCE BLAST PROGRAM

ROS offers 6 week sessions for those dancers who wish to dance, but cannot commit to a 10 month dance program.  Each 6 week session is $70.  Students can choose from ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, cheer, boys class or conditioning class.

 

HOW TO PAY

Make check payable to ROS.  Mail to studio address or drop off in payment box @ studio. NO CASH in dropbox.  Payment is expected by the Session or by the Month. (payable the first of the month) Dancers with past due accounts will not be able to participate in class until payment  has been made to ROS.

  

DROPPING CLASSES

Written notification of any classes students wish to drop must be received at least 7 days prior to the start of the dance session or you will be charged for the entire session if you fail to notify the studio in writing of any class(es) dropped.

* All students NEW to ROS, will recieve an evaluation from the Director at the end of the first month of classes to see if they are ready for dance class.  If the child is NOT ready for dance & this family has paid for Session I dance fees, ROS will prorate the classes attended and subtract that dollar amount from Session I fees & return that sum to you.

NOTIFICATION POLICY

ROS Dance Studio will send out an E-mail reminder that Session Fees are due and also post the announcement at the studio.  Dance families will only receive a statement in the mail & a phone call if payment has not been recieved.
